The woman who met us was wonderfully friendly and helpful. Conveniently located near the archaeological site. Comfortable room and good breakfast. Upgraded to the main hotel.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money was exceptional. We couldn't believe how affordable our stay was considering the level of service and comfort we received. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. From the friendly staff to the well-maintained rooms, it was obvious that the hotel took great pride in ensuring their guests had a pleasant stay. Lastly, the location was perfect. We were just a short walk away from the Pompeii ruins and surrounded by charming local restaurants. It couldn't have been more convenient.

Everything about this hotel was absolutely fine. No complaints whatsoever.

Its central location allowed us to explore the town easily. the room and bathroom were clean and functional, and we appreciated the helpful staff and delicious breakfast that was served every day. One of the highlights was the beautiful view we had from our room. the lack of tea-making facilities in the room was disappointing.

The hotel's convenient location, just a stone's throw away from the railway station, makes it an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. The friendly and knowledgeable staff are always ready to assist guests with any queries and provide useful information about nearby attractions. The basic amenities and clean rooms with comfortable beds ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, the delicious breakfast, including a refreshing cappuccino, is a delightful way to start the day.

We had a lovely stay at a hotel in the heart of a charming Italian town. the hotel's location was perfect, as it was walking distance from all restaurants and bars. We liked that the hotel offered off-street parking which meant we didn't have to worry about finding a spot on the street. the breakfast also stood out, with a good variety of options, and all staff members were very friendly and welcoming.

The soundproofing in the hotel was not great, and we were woken up by people walking through the halls multiple times during the night. the kitchenette was not fully equipped, and we had to ask reception for a few extra items.

This hotel is fantastic value for money, offering affordable prices without compromising on quality. The location is perfect, situated on the high street, it is handy to everything in the city center. The staff are exceptional, always friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to assist guests. The rooms are comfortable, with big, cozy beds ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast selection is excellent, and they even make a delicious cappuccino on request.

Nothing needs improvement, everything was perfect!

The hotel was located in a prime area, walking distance to the city centre, shops and restaurants, and even the beautiful cathedral in the square. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable and modern facilities were readily available. The hotel had its own off-street parking, which was free to use and made it easier to transport around this city. In addition, the hotel staff were all extremely helpful and spoke good English, making communication easy. Not to mention, breakfast was amazing with a wide selection of both hot and cold foods.

Great location, Good value for money

We recently stayed at a budget hotel during our city break. The location was excellent as we were able to walk to the main attractions and explore the city with ease. the hotel offered free parking which was very helpful and convenient for us. We also appreciated the friendly staff who were always ready to assist us.

The accommodation was very basic and not as comfortable as we had hoped. We were disappointed that we had to stay in the annex which was quite far from the main hotel complex.
